Deltano
Born and raised in Belgium but graced with Greek roots, Deltano was always fascinated by music. With a local radio deejay as a mother, he grew up with music and it didn’t take long to realise it would control the rest of his life. So from a young age he already knew this would be his path. Live for the music and make other people experience the same feeling he gets from listening to it. He has a unique musical style, fitting various deeper styles together into one piece. Never giving in to the mainstream and always refreshing. Nowadays you could call it a mixture of deep percussive techhouse, minimal influenced techno and deephouse. 2009 was the year Deltano got signed to the “Affin” label in Germany managed by Joachim Spieth (Kompakt) and to Faith Music in Belgium. In September 09 he released his remix for Oliver Moldan’s massive hit South Beach Shuffle on Faith Music and got heavy support from Dubfire. The releases in 2010 who appeared on Monique Musique, Natural Rhythm and other labels were added to the playlists of Nic Fanciulli, Karotte, Matthias Tanzmann, Martin Eyerer, Michel De Hey, Wally Lopez, Ramon Tapia, Luca Bachetti, Hermanez and many more. Deltano has played internationally in places like Ushuaïa Ibiza, Circo Loco @ Amsterdam Dance Event etc… and is known in his homecountry Belgium from different residencies and guest sets in the most respected clubs like Café D’Anvers, La Rocca, The Zoo and many many more.
